I ordered the medium one, although I would like a large, but they do not make them. It is about 2″ wide and takes a little bit to insert. Once I inserted it, it did not have a problem staying in. I walked around the house with it for a couple of hours without any issues. Pretty sturdy and not flimsy at all. I ordered another brand which would not stay in and did not like. This one is perfect for what I want it for. No smell and easy clean up. Warning: If you don’t have an enema or wear something like an adult diaper or pad, you are going to have yourself a mess because stuff will come out and make a mess. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the quality and sturdiness.
