I absolutely love this toy, it’s pretty small to start with, so the initial insertion is easy, provided you have a bit of lube and all. Then you can gradually increase the size. It is fairly sturdy to date, although I find it easiest to clean when it’s at least semi inflated. I know when it does wear out, I will be buying another one.
