Having a clean back passage is, for me and my partner, key to a happy life and great sex. We’ve tried various enema systems but find, perhaps not surprisingly, that simplest is best. We use this bag with a silicone nozzle regularly. It is easy to clean – just a little Milton in a jug of water after we’ve finished – and easy to use. We hang the bag from the towel warmer so can set the height to give a gentle flow. We sometimes add a little sea salt and on other occasion some enema herbs such as Wild Yam or German Chamomile
