Most leather paddles are as stiff as a hairbrush. They strike hard and heavy and are quite uncomfortable for both the top and bottom. This silicone paddle has a great shape and is just the perfect flex. Just small movements of your wrist cause firm, stinging slaps. This is probably the best all around choice in the line of Tantus implements.
