We LOVE this bullet, it’s incredibly strong and might spoil your lady parts to anything else. But having 3 fail on us (stopped charging) I decided that there had to be an obvious solution. As it turns out, cleaning the connectors on the bullet AND the charger (the silver nodes) brought our Point back to life!
