My first concern before ordering these was “what size is a Sm/Med”? Answer: these are closer to a Med than a Sm. I don’t think they could have fit any better. I know that this is an embarassing subject but every adult male with a prostate owes it to himself to buy one of these. Don’t let the large size scare you. I have used the orginal aneros for serveral years for prostate health and found it slow to get pleasure. Just did not feel like reached all of the prostate.
