This is the first toy I bought, and I’m still figuring out my way around it, but I love the six different rhythms and the ability to change the strength of vibrations on them. It fun to switch between the rhythms. This wide variety of settings allows for a lot of experimentation, and there’s a lot to choose from to tailor a session to your individual likes. I received the pump on a Thursday and have been using it for a min of 15 minutes a day I already see and feel the results. The clamps are just right. They can be adjusted and with the coverings they keep good pressure without too much pain. The pain that is experienced is what I was seeking and like that it can be adjusted.
I did think the chain between the two clamps was too long(went down to my belly button) and my partner easily changed that. However the reason he could easily change it was because the chain was very light and kinda flimsy.
