The bottom has a thick rubbery base that rests under your sack to push your package up and away from your body. The padded base doubles as a ballsing that’s designed to push down on your sack for a stretching sensation. Measures 3.25 in. high, with an inside circumference of 3.5 in. that stretches to fit.
