Small at around 3.5″ long and 1/2″ thick. The only speed here is WO (wide open). It is pretty strong and seems to last a while. Probably would just buy another when the batteries run out, the batteries cost more than just ordering this whole thing. Which is why I only gave it 3 stars. A single AA would have been much better imo
