I do not want to give a bad review of this product; however, it is not what I was hoping for especially after viewing the video about the product. I have never used kegel products before today. As someone who has never used this type of product I had difficulty removing the egg. I would not even try to use the two eggs after encountering such frustration with removal. I spent more time researching YouTube to find how to remove than I did learning kegel exercises. That said; for anyone completely new to these products I would research them thoroughly before trying them.
