There are a reasonable number of accessories available (and it comes with a few standard self-adhesive electrode pads). I would say it is perfect for beginners or even some intermediate users. It is nice to have two channels so that you can stimulate multiple locations at the same time. The only negative (and really at this price you can’t expect every feature) is that you cannot individually control the intensity level on the two channels. I would highly recommend this item.

It was also a perfect fit ALL the way in with only about 1/4″ sticking out to hold onto with my vinyl gloves – no “stretching” needed in my case. We have a winner–finally! After trying numerous larger-sized condoms, many of which were still uncomfortably small for him, we tried the Skyn large. It worked!
