This item is ok. It will bend between end of extension and penis. You will have to hold it for support. Good normal size in diameter. Length is a little to long. Most all subjects can only handle the actual extension length. So works good if you want to sit back and go for a long period. This is a 5 1/2 inch dildo with a penis sheet on it. Over all it ” Ok”.
