Does a good job at cleaning you out. What a rush! Less fuss than the bags. A wise person would at least have a shower filter and/or a carbon house filter. You may also want a pressure regulator if you have a hotel style (full power only) shower faucet. Quality water gives you a quality clock cleaning!
