Thought I would give these a try. They are good and strong but at not elastic at all and therefore need some practice! The order arrived quickly and was in discrete packaging (if this is an issue!). The larger ring (at the moment) is the only one that I have found useful although initially I thought this was too small. It works great going over everything, but the trick is to push the “two veg” through once the ring is roughly in place. Once on makes a big difference to your profile. I am working on the best ways to use the other two rings
